Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, tested, or used, including fragrance oils. Once opened, these products cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the return conditions outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used personal care products (including fragrance oils)
Custom or personalised items
Sale items or gift cards
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have any questions about your item, please contact us before requesting a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must still be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
